Hi I'm Megh.
I build teams and turn new technology into products customers use. I have led a machine-learning function, managed multidisciplinary teams through their leads, and owned a software platform end to end.
I try to keep this page up-to date, but I sometimes fall behind. You can contact me at:

FOSSA
Senior Software Engineer
FOSSA helps enterprises such as Fujitsu, Splunk and UiPath identify and manage vulnerabilities and license obligations in open-source software.
- Built FOSSA's first native container scanner, giving customers visibility into vulnerable packages and license issues inside their images.
- Built and maintained analyzers for package managers including npm, Poetry and Gradle, identifying dependencies for vulnerability and license analysis.
- Developed call-graph analysis to show whether application code could reach a reported vulnerability in a dependency.
- Partnered with the product team to bring those findings into customer workflows, and explained the capabilities in customer calls and webinars.
Absorb
Head of Machine Learning
Absorb provides learning management software to enterprise customers such as Sony, Toyota and Samsung, serving 30+ million users.

- Led development of Intelligent Assist, giving administrators a natural-language way to complete tasks that had required navigating complex workflows.
- Delivered automated transcription, report suggestions, auto-tagging, content generation and recommendations. These features became prominent in sales demonstrations.
- Established Python development practices and contributed to architecture, backend standards and experimentation across engineering.
Emagin (acquired by Innovyze, now part of Autodesk)
Chief Technology Officer

- Led machine-learning, software, product and support teams through team leads and a product manager.
- Set technology direction and product priorities, balancing the SaaS roadmap with customer contracts and longer-term research.
- Helped shift commercial strategy toward smaller municipal contracts and staged platform adoption, using early contracts to build support for that direction.
